Dr. Benjamin Teh

Dr Benjamin Teh graduated with MbChB ( Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from University of Auckland, New Zealand in Nov 2007, FRACGP ( Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practice) in October 2014.
He has worked and managed in various areas including renal medicine, respiratory medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, endocrinology, geriatrics, oncology and hematology.
He worked in Wallaroo Clinic, Wallaroo Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital before practicing medicine ranged from children having a viral upper respiratory tract infection to multiple medical conditions in the elderly in the community locally.
Dr Teh also has an interest in minor procedures, such as, Implanon insertion and removal, Skin excisions and wound care.

Dr. Mahamudur Hassan

Dr. Mahamudur Hassan graduated MBBS from Bangladesh and moved to the UK for 6 years, working and gaining further medical qualifications before he moved to Australia 2006.
Since then he has worked in different states and different major regional and remote hospital in Australia, gaining a vast work experience in emergency medicine and obtained Adv Dip EM (ACEM) in 2020.
His special interests include acute medicine, sports injuries & children and men’s health.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hassan loves sports, especially cricket and soccer and he enjoys traveling and is highly involved with community work including helping IMG.

Dr. Crystel Choong

Dr Crystel Choong graduated from Monash University with Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2020. She trained in Bundaberg Hospital, Queensland as an intern before moving to Adelaide to continue her resident years in Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospital.
She has worked in various areas including emergency medicine, general medicine, paediatrics, and women’s health. She is currently working as a GP registrar, having spent a year working in Waikerie, Riverland.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and reformer Pilates.
Dr Crystel Choong consults Monday to Thursday and alternate Saturdays.
Dr. Elza Houston

Dr. Houston is a dedicated general practitioner. Her journey in medicine began with a Paramedic Degree, followed by earning a Medical Degree with High Distinctions from the Ural State Medical Academy in Russia. She started her professional career as a GP in Russia, where she worked for four years.
Upon relocating to Australia, Dr. Houston continued her medical training through general training at Royal Darwin Hospital and Palmerston Hospital in the Northern Territory for two years. She later advanced her training at Lyell McEwin Hospital (LMH) and Modbury Hospital in South Australia before joining a general practice in Mount Gambier.
Dr. Houston has extensive experience in various medical fields, including General Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Women's Health. She is committed to building strong relationships with her patients and specializes in children's and women's health, chronic disease management, and mental health. Proficient in procedures like Implanon insertion, suturing, and minor skin cancer procedures, she aims to further specialize in Women's Health.
Outside of work, she enjoys arts, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. James Gulati

Dr James Gulati graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery in 2016. He trained in Kings College Hospital London as an intern with rotations in gastroenterology, trauma, surgery, and general medicine.
Dr Gulati moved to Australia in 2019 and has lived in both Adelaide and Melbourne. Whilst in Australia, Dr Gulati has worked in Emergency Medicine and General Medicine.
In 2026, Dr Gulati became a fellow of the RACGP. His interests include nutrition and preventative health, men's health, and chronic disease management.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, golf and fitness.
Dr. Gulati is now accepting bookings and will be consulting on Thursdays, Fridays and one Saturday per month.
Dr. Edwin Choy
(MBChB, FRACGP)

Dr Choy graduated from university of Auckland in 2007. He has undertaken most of his post graduate training in South Australia including at the Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals. He joined general practice in 2012 and since 2014 has been a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practice.
Over the years, he has also spent time in regional rural SA in Yorke Peninsula and Northern Territory.
He has special interest in chronic disease management especially Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, and Obesity. He is also interested in Children’s and Men’s Health. He performs minor procedures including implanon insertion and removal. Dr. Choy is an accredited Medical Acupuncturist. He is also an examiner for Royal Australian College of General Practice.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time gardening.

Dr. Noor Suhana Mohd

Dr Noor Suhana Mohd Graduated with MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from The Adelaide University in 2011. She obtained her Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019.
She has worked in various hospital across Adelaide including Lyell Mcewin Hospital, Modbury Hospital and Flinders Hospital in various fields including Paediatrics and Emergency. She has also spent a year working rurally in Renmark.
Her special interests includes Paediatrics, having also completed the Diploma of Child Health through Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Women’s Health, Chronic Health and Adolescent Medicine. Dr Suhana is able to perform Implanon insertions/ removals and minor procedures.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling and community work having been involved with ethnic school teaching and writing for a local community magazine.

Dr. Amanda Tan

Dr Tan graduated from the University of Adelaide. She did her internship and resident years at the Lyell McEwin Hospital, the former Repatriation Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre, before transitioning to general practice in the Barossa region and Two Wells.
She has worked across a range of specialties including paediatrics, general medicine, surgery, emergency care, palliative care, and rehabilitation. This diverse background enables her to provide well-rounded, patient-focused care.

Dr Lucas Gwozdziewicz (MRCS)

Dr Lucas completed his master’s degree in medicine (equivalent to an MBBS) at the Medical University of Gdansk in Poland.
After graduating, he moved to the UK, where he worked across many different areas of medicine, including general surgery, trauma and orthopaedics, plastic and breast surgery, geriatrics, gastroenterology, acute medicine, paediatrics and neonatology, endocrinology, and diagnostic radiology.
He also spent time training in general practice, where he developed a special interest in skin surgery, chronic disease care, palliative care, and longevity medicine.

Dr Shuang Xu
GP Practitioner

Dr Shuang Xu graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine before moving to Australia, where she completed a Master of Diagnostic Radiography at the University of Sydney.
He completed his junior doctor training across Queensland and South Australia, working in a wide range of specialties including emergency medicine,medicine, surgery, paediatrics, intensive care, obstetrics and gynaecology, and radiology.He is currently a GP registrar and continues to work in the emergency department.
Dr Xu enjoys all aspects of general practice and values providing patient-centred, evidence-based care. His special interests include children’s health, skin medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, and preventative health.
Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, swimming, tennis and travelling.
