MyMedicare is a free service that you can choose to sign up for, designed to enhance the quality of care you receive. By registering, you enable your doctor to better understand your healthcare needs and provide more personalized care. Additionally, it facilitates seamless communication between hospitals and your GP.
Benefits of My Medicare:
• Extended Telehealth Appointments: Enjoy longer telehealth consultations with your GP, ensuring you get the time and attention you need.
• Enhanced Care for Ages Care Residents: If you live in a residential aged care home, you’ll benefit from regular visits from your GP and improved health care planning.
• Future Support: Stay tuned for additional MyMedicare support services that will be available in the future.
You can sign up via your Medicare app or in clinic. Please ask our receptionist or your doctor for a registration form.
