Flu Vaccines have arrived!!
Influenza is a highly contagious viral infection that can cause widespread illness and deaths every year.
Everyone six months and older is recommended to get an influenza vaccine each year.
Getting vaccinated against influenza is the best way of protecting yourself and others from the flu.

IBS Awareness Month
Did you know that April is irritable bowel syndrome awareness month, 1 in 7 people suffer with IBS type symptoms.

The Bone Bus is coming!
Virginia medical centre will be hosting the Bone bus from 29th April to 3rd May, the bus will be located in the car park at the back of the building.
Referrals from our GP’s are required as well as making a booking, Letters have been sent out to eligible patients with all details on how to book.

Ovarian Cancer awareness Month
Wednesday 28th Febuary is Teal Ribbon Day! Wear your teal ribbon to show your support for women living with ovarian cancer and to remember those we’ve lost.
In Australia 1 in 5 women will be diagnoses every day, with around 1,016 of those losing their life annually.
All funds raised goes towards research, raising awareness, taking action on behalf of women living with ovarian cancer.
