Recall System

To assist patients, especially those at risk, we run a reminder system for preventative health issues. Please inform staff if you do not wish to be involved in the recall program. It is essential to make an appointment when you receive a reminder letter or text message.

Repeat Prescriptions

In the interest of better health monitoring, repeat prescriptions will generally not be issued without a doctors consultation.

Appointments

Our walk-in appointments are determined by our GP availability on the particular day.
We strongly encourage that appointments be made in advance as there may be times when our GPs have reached the maximum patient amount allowed by Medicare per day.

To make an appointment telephone the surgery or book online. Please indicate preferred time and doctor you wish to see. If you require a longer consultation please inform the receptionist at the time of the booking. Should you be unable to keep your appointment, please contact the surgery at least two hours prior to the allocated time to cancel your appointment as from the 1st July 2022, a $55 non-attendance fee will be applied to your account.

Please notify reception staff upon your arrival. If you are experiencing any of the following please notify reception immediately:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Sudden onset of visual disturbance
  • Gastroenteritis
  • Flu like symptoms
  • Contagious illness (requiring a mask)

Any medical emergencies will always be attended to promptly. Emergency calls will always be accepted immediately by the doctors.

The doctor will return all other calls between consultations or at their earliest convenience. Our reception staff are experienced in assisting you with your inquiry.

Walk-ins will be seen by the doctor at the next available time, however appointments will always have priority.
