Cancellation Fee
Due to large numbers of patients not attending for their appointments without cancelling them in advance, the Practice has decided to introduce a non-attendance policy. As of the 1st January 2019, if you have an appointment and are unable to make it, you must cancel that appointment giving at least 2 hours notice of the appointment time otherwise you will be charged a $55 fee for non-attendance.
